Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a driven, polished sales professional to join our Channel Sales Team. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will own and grow Channel sales throughout Florida, managing a well-established territory that includes distributors, landscape contractors, architects, designers, municipalities, and education-sector customers. You’ll inherit strong existing relationships, but your ability to uncover new opportunities, develop sales champions, and expand HydroPoint’s footprint will determine your success. You will represent our industry-leading WeatherTRAK and Baseline Central Control platforms, helping customers achieve measurable water efficiency and sustainability outcomes. Shop Floor Supervisor
Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. This position combines production leadership, team development, workflow coordination, and operational problem-solving. Unlike a traditional supervisor role, the successful candidate will be actively engaged on the production floor while leading a small team and partnering closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations. The ideal candidate is a practical leader who can effectively balance people leadership, production execution, inventory awareness, and continuous improvement while helping the organization scale for future growth.

RMA Electronics Technician
Position Summary: The primary objective of this position is to receive, analyze and repair RMAs in a timely manner, monitoring trends, provide reporting data . Position will also support the production line, repairing PCAs, building PCA’s, as well as a mixture of hardware & software tasks within the manufacturing department. Additionally, tech will interact with the engineering department for EPR and MPR activities. Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electronic-, electrical, and computer-based equipment.

Senior Cost Accountant
Position Summary: HydroPoint — a smart irrigation company whose three product lines (WeatherTRAK, Baseline, and WaterCompass) each combine connected hardware with subscription revenue, with managed services on WeatherTRAK and WaterCompass — is seeking a senior cost accountant to own price, cost, and margin integrity across its hardware, subscription, and service categories. We are in a period of heightened financial scrutiny and are strengthening the rigor of our cost and margin reporting.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who will lean in — interrogate the numbers, surface variances and anomalies, and drive the control, policy, and process changes that keep actual results aligned with expectations. It reports directly to the CFO, carries real visibility, and offers strong potential to convert to a permanent position.
This is an onsite position which can be based in either of our corporate offices (Petaluma, CA or Boise, Idaho).

Technical Support Specialist
Position Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish-English), customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to fill an onsite, office-based support position. The primary objectives of the Technical Support Specialist are to develop and maintain a thorough and complete knowledge of all HydroPoint products (including, but not limited to WeatherTRAK, WaterCompass, and Baseline Product lines) in order to provide an exceptional level of support to HydroPoint customers, distributors, and specifiers. A successful Technical Support Specialist will have the ability to quickly identify a customer’s need, provide timely solutions, and communicate those solutions to the customer to maximize customer satisfaction.
This is an onsite, office-based position in our Boise, Idaho location. This team operates out of our Baseline, Inc. office which is a subsidiary of HydroPoint Data Systems, Inc.
